- Leading and overseeing research and development projects in biochemistry, biology, and bio-engineering, aiming to innovate and advance technologies in these domains.
- Providing expert consultation and technical guidance in biochemistry and related disciplines, supporting various projects and initiatives.
- Analysing current trends and breakthroughs in biochemistry and biology, conducting feasibility studies, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance our organization's capabilities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate biochemistry solutions into complete technology platforms, considering aspects such as software, hardware, and data analytics.
- Initiating and managing project proposals for funding, grants, and sponsorships relevant to biochemistry and biological sciences.
- Leading various programs for the organization, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
[What we are looking for]
- Suitable credentials in Biochemistry, Biology, Bioengineering, Microbiology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in biochemistry, biology, pharmaceutics, or related areas.
- Proficiency in utilizing laboratory equipment and techniques, including molecular biology techniques, cell culture, and analytical instrumentation.
- Expertise in biological research, experimental design, and data analysis, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of bioinformatics, computational biology, and data interpretation methodologies.
- Familiarity or experience in genetic engineering, synthetic biology, or bioprocessing is considered a valuable advantage.
