• Oversee process design for process plant (Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, etc) including process simulation, mass balance, process flow diagram (PFD), P&ID, equipment layout, sizing calculation, control philosophy, process input for instrument/valve list, etc

Overview

The Civil Engineer is responsible for supervising structural projects. They ensure each project is feasible by analyzing local and environmental impacts and making sure that they can be completed on time within the budget restrictions. Other duties and responsibilities may include:

• Considering budget, regulations and environmental hazards during risk-analysis stage
• Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget
• Forecasting design and construction timeline
• Completing and submitting all permit applications to the appropriate agencies and ensuring projects are compliant throughout the design and construction stages
• Overseeing soil testing to establish soil strength and building feasibility

· Station at construction site

· Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.

· Proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory to liaise with Mandarin speaking Customers and Colleagues

· Able to communicate and liaise well with main con and RTO / RE

· Handling technical and engineering issues.

· Liaison and meeting with client's representatives, relevant authorities

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities :

1. Attend site visit
2. Complete system designs for PV projects including site plans, mechanical racking and attachment plans, single-line electrical drawings, specification of BOS location and interconnection details, and labelling
3. Prepare bill of materials
4. Provide ad-hoc solutioning for Business Development team
5. Assist Engineering Manager with method of statement, engineering drawings and solutions
6. Ability to work under pressure

Requirements :

1. Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
2. Experience in designing PV solar system and has some site installation experience
3. Candidate without experience are welcome to apply, however must be willing to learn
4. Proficient in AutoCAD
5. Able to understand and interpret single line diagram

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

•  The patching cabling between network equipment and client’s network
•  The installation of power cables from equipment to power supply in rack/cabinet/closet
•  The installation, troubleshooting and de-installing IT equipment (Servers / Network / Storage / etc) Install/swap out devices (e.g., phone, computers, cables, boards, edge routers, switches and etc.)
•  Complete all hard and complex Move, Add Change (MAC) requests within the defined service levels
•  Act as interface between client’s associates and management
•  Provide hardware break-fix services for network infrastructure
•  Perform onsite call-through, data, voice, website and security testing
•  Perform back-up testing to ensure all systems are connected to the client’s network as directed
•  Support carrier testing of circuits
•  Assist with facilities efforts such as vendor co-ordination and vendor supervision - Power and uninterruptable
• power supply (UPS) restoral - Water problems, - Emergency cooling restoration, - Fire suppression exercises,
• restoration, and post fire events
•  Support inventory management activities - Receiving inventory, - Tagging of assets, - Tracking spares (crash
• kits), - Ordering inventory, - Updating inventory records, - Prepare and return damaged equipment
•  Act as an interface, as needed, between associates at the applicable location and centralized project / operations / MAC management

Requirements:

•  Must be proficient in utilizing technical tools such as BERT testers, cable testers, and fiber testers.
•  Requires experience in working in communications closets
•  Must be able to perform rack and stack activities
•  Must be able to safely lift heavy objects
•  Must understand cable patching processes and procedures in copper and fiber
•  Experience in either or both CommScope and Corning structured cables (copper and fiber)
•  Must have a basic knowledge of data communications networking.
•  Must be able to assist in troubleshooting issues
•  Must understand network terminology
•  Requires good interpersonal communications skills
•  Must be able to explain technical issues in a way the client will understand an issue
•  Must be able to interpret a client’s issue in a way that will allow technician to facilitate a resolution

Education/Experience Requirements :

•  5+ years of experience in Data Centre operations and environment
•  Must have a basic knowledge of local and wide area networking.
•  High school Diploma or equivalent required

• Prepare schematic design, site installation layout, calculations, technical reports and specifications etc for automation equipment panel.
• Liaise with external consultant teams, contractors and suppliers to resolve project electrical design issues.
• Generate BOM and RFQ document.
• Communicate with contractor for automation equipment panel fabrication.
• Prepare factory acceptance test document for automation equipment panel.

Job Reqirements

• Knowledge in automation design of the control system (Hardware & Software). Experience in motor control, hardware and software designs with controls using PLCs an advantage
• Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and oral to liaise with associates
• Good analytical reasoning, theoretical approach and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills
