Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering impactful results? We’re looking for a Project Management Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the smooth running of projects by tracking progress on the ground, and updating management on status, progress, irregularities and risks timely
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
• Oversee aspects of projects, including planning, organizing and supervising staff
• Provide staff guidance, motivation, operational management, and administrative control
• Manage manpower deployment, staff engagement and attrition handling
• Plan, develop, implement, and maintain the project to meet or exceed the performance standards set
• Intermittently review projects’ processes and improve staff operational efficiency within projects’ goals and budgets
• Ensure that deliverables to clients are submitted completely, accurately, and timely while monitoring and conducting performance review of staff against their targeted performance
• Business partnering focus with clients, and the ability to detect unstated assumptions, resolve conflicts and handle staff management issues
• Proactively identify and manage client demands, identifying areas of risk and manage effectively
• Participate in business review meetings with clients periodically to review performance, processes, plans to align goals and strategic partnership as well as discuss/ agree upon required changes to the project as appropriate
• Highlight to Project Manager areas of concern and suggesting ways to overcome problems
• Create comprehensive project documentation such as training guides/SOP and project reports
• Cover staff duties when needed to fulfil project(s)’s KPI

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in related fields of Project Management, Business Administration etc
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in client servicing and staff management
• Strong analytical ability and attention to details
• Experience in identifying, managing, and mitigating project issues and risks.
• Have a solution centric mindset to be ready for any situations.
• Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing people/ issues and difficult situations.
• Strong business acumen to handle all levels of stakeholders, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to manage staff, collaborate with clients, and management
• Must be able to work well in a fluid and dynamic environment and have effective time management
• Resourceful and able to work independently and at project sites when required.

Product Development and Management Executive (Cosmetic)

• Working location: Pasir Panjang
• Working Days: 5 days work
• Working hours : 9am - 6pm
• Salary Range: S$ 3,500 to 4,200

Responsibilities:

1. New product planning:

• Analyse industrial trends, market data and customer insights to derive constructive ideas and information for the purpose of NPD.
• Define product competitive positioning and unique selling proposition (USP).

2. New product development (NPD):

• Responsible for entire NPD process; from concept initiation to completion, for both new product and reformulations.
• Take the lead in close collaboration with cross functional teams such as Regulatory, Marketing, Supply chain, Contract manufacturers, R&D and Quality, for seamless on-time delivery of products.
• Source for contract manufacturers and liaise with formulators to develop new product; be the main contact point with these suppliers for NPD/ formulation discussions.
• Review formulas and ingredient/ design statements for new product that is compliant with regulations.
• Familiar with the concept of product challenge test, stability, and compatibility studies.
• Research market prices, create accurate product costing data and propose product pricing.

3. New product introduction:

• Conduct product training to regional trainer/marketing team and key leaders of salesforce.

4. Post-launch product management:

• Analyse product performance and identify actions required.
• Manage product feedback and propose technically sound customer-centric reply.
• React to necessary corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) raised by Quality.

5. Contribute for and implement standard procedures (in compliance with industrial standards and QMS requirements) for any product development and management activities or as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Cosmetic Science or Chemistry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development/ management in the cosmetic and skin care industry.
• Bonus if candidates have prior experience with beauty/personal care/medical device.

Overview:

The Joint Committee on Specialist Training (JCST) is appointed by the Specialist Accreditation Board to oversee the accreditation of training departments and institutions in Singapore. The JCST is responsible for establishing and upholding the professional standards and quality of specialist training in Singapore including the evaluation of trainees' training and exit examinations.

Job Responsible:

• To provide secretarial support to the Specialist Training Committees/Residency Advisory Committee in monitoring and maintaining the training standards and deliverables

Requirement:

• Basic Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Experience in providing administrative support and financial experience would be an advantage (but not essential).
• Good office skills in MS Office with experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications.
• Must be able to perform in an environment dictated by deadlines.
