• Proactively advising and assisting the Customer in planning, coordination with MPW for the execution of relevant inspection and maintenance activities.
• Analyzing, tracking and reporting monthly Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) data and relevant KPIs for the LTSA, for the purposes of invoicing and for monitoring performance against the contractual guarantees and obligations. If necessary, recommend corrective actions.
• Reviewing and presenting the monthly monitoring diagnostic reports to the Customer.
• Reviewing and presenting the inspection findings and outage reports to the Customer.

Requirements:

• Previous site work experience in Long Term Service Agreements, plant commissioning, field service, and/or maintenance and overhaul of GTCC power plants or industrial plants rotating equipment is preferable
• Previous customer facing experience where there is regular interaction with plant personnel to provide troubleshooting support and to resolve problems
• Technical knowledge in GTCC operations and maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Executing mechanical design at customer site for chemical and slurry system projects
• System project design including P&ID, payout design, piping drawing, equipment internal piping layout
• Responsible for new project in process optimization, operational support, and improvement
• Creation of related documents e.g. HAZOP/FMEA, drawing, SOP, build document OMM
• Execution of on-site installation work, management of subcontractor team.
• Troubleshooting of chemical systems by identifying root cause and suggest improvement plan.

• Understanding of P&ID, process chart, flow or pressure calculation for chemical & slurry system
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Proficient in MS office, Project, AutoCAD skill
• Experience in design work, project management in semiconductor field is plus
