We are seeking a highly motivated Identity Access Management Engineer/Consultant to support our client's SSO Identity Management team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Provide architectural expertise to drive technological improvements and develop SSO and LDAP roadmaps while collaborating with architecture teams.
• Lead the delivery of key SSO and LDAP projects, working with production support and application developers to implement new functionalities and resolve ongoing issues.
• Proactively monitor and improve the availability and performance of production environments and manage application capacity.
• Collaborate with partner teams to analyze major incidents and identify improvements to reduce ongoing issues in the SSO and LDAP areas.
• Ensure all changes to the production environment follow the change management framework, maintaining high standards in planning and execution.
• Work cooperatively with team members, seek necessary training, escalate risks promptly, and contribute to minimizing operational failures through effective controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferable.
• Practical experience in identity and access management, particularly in a production support role.
• Experience with CA Siteminder Web SSO and SOA security (SAML, WS-Security).
• Familiarity with auto-provisioning tools (BMC ControlSA, SailPoint, ForgeRock) and LDAP.
• Knowledge of Kerberos, SSL/TLS, PKI, GSS-API, SPNEGO, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
• Proficiency in IIS, WCF, WIF, and WAS security models.
• Understanding of infrastructure standards for networks and servers.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible and scripting in Python, JavaScript, or shell.
• Good exposure to configuring web technologies (Tomcat, Apache, nginx, IIS).

Operation (Maintenance)

• Provide technical services to the maintenance and troubleshooting of the Electronic Queue Management System.
• Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
• Follow Preventive Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records.
• Maintain records of all breakdowns and repairs allowing for analysis and compliance with ISO standards.
• Must be available to attend for any project implementation, assist Preventative Maintenance accordingly for successful Completion of projects and maintenance issues.
• Be available for on call procedures and other responsibilities required.
• Handle customer’s inquiry, request and complaints in a professional manner and efficient way.
• Proactive in problem solving and initiate in providing IT solutions to improve the operation.
• Inform Superior on any stock movements to ensure the availability and stock level for the necessary procurement.

Project Implementation

• Manage project with specific focus on deliverables, tasks, and due dates.
• Report weekly to respective Project Managers when tasks are at risk till critical path determined.
• Perform independently with minimal supervision and work with others developing trusting relationships.
• Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and internal controls within organization.
• Ensure successful implementations across multiple functions in organization.
• Report any delays and initiate plans and alternative solutions.

Standby Duties

• Answer all service request phone calls during scheduled standby duties.
• Attend to the fault call issues and follow SOP in attending to all the calls.
• Handover the tasks to the respective engineers who is on duty the next day.
• Support project adhoc activities (e.g. testing, deployment, commissioning).

What qualifications and/or experience should you have?

• NITEC in Information Technology, ITEngineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic or other related fields.

The candidate will work closely with an experienced cross-functional team to build applications and make valuable improvements to the current products in the field of motor drive power electronics control design and testing. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams (Hardware, PCB Design, Manufacturing) to ensure all inter-dependencies are resolved for the smooth execution of software activities. The candidate has to collaborate with senior architects / engineers to translate the requirements into design and help drive the implementation within the team.

QUALIFICATION:

• Strong background in embedded software development and experience in design and development of software / digital control algorithms for 3-phase switching power converters in 20-50kW power range.
• Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in traditional and modern power electronic technologies including Inverter technology for variable speed motor drive (MOSFET, rectifiers and gate driver PWM technologies etc).
• Good knowledge and understanding of the power electronics and motor control design simulation tools and hardware / software interfacing and design logics.
• Experienced with digital filtering and control system, such as proportional–integral–derivative (PID) controllers.
• Proficient in C, C++ programming and knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet etc.)
• Experienced with LabVIEW programming and broad experience in the MATLAB / Simulink Toolchain.
• Knowledge of applied mathematics, numerical methods, data structures, parallel algorithms and methods for scientific computing.

REQUIRED SKILL SET:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience working on development of complex real-time embedded firmware systems, of which at least 2-3 years working as a junior software architect.
• Experience in development methods such as model based system engineering, rapid prototyping, agile methods and experience with relevant tools.
• Very good communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening with strong command of English language and experience in working within international and cross divisional teams, with proven assertiveness in highly technical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design of utility diversion routes, supporting structures, and other necessary infrastructure.
• Analyze and assess existing utilities, and take charge of site utilities diversion work.
• Coordinate and liaise with approved subcontractors for any service diversion tasks.
• Identify and address system failures, and supervise preventative maintenance.
• Lead project teams and technicians, providing guidance on utility processes, design, and construction.
• Compile data on utility process units, monitoring system efficiency and tracking energy and material usage.
• Manage utility construction projects, including developing project scope, timelines, specifications, and budgets.
