Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and development of Oracle ECM applications, offering both leadership and technical expertise.
· Collaborate with offshore teams to develop environments, build new solutions, and address escalated incidents within defined SLAs.
· Contribute to Oracle ECM integration and solution architecture.
· Work closely with support managers and vendors (e.g., Oracle) to address solution design and complex defect resolution.
· Ensure system modifications, data conversion impacts, and other changes meet performance requirements and integrate smoothly with existing environments.
· Oversee testing, monitoring, and implementation of system changes, ensuring minimal impact to the business.
· Lead efforts to test, debug, and analyse performance of environment components.
· Act as an escalation point for development-related risks and issues and define mitigation strategies.
· Foster a culture of innovation, process improvement, and teamwork.
Skills and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in technology or engineering.
· 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ECM development.
· Strong ability to design and develop changes on both the ECM UI and the underlying data model.
· Expertise in the Oracle ECM data model and end-to-end workflows for case generation.
· 8+ years of experience in architecting and delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade applications, preferably in Financial Services. Proficiency in Oracle APIs for creating cases from external events.
· Experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
