The Rehab therapist works with patients in their recovery from surgeries/ injuries. He/She works with team doctors and physiotherapist to develop programs for each athlete. The RT designed to strengthen and improve the physical condition of the patient so as to assist them in their return to daily function or even back to sports. REQUIREMENTS:

• DIPLOMA OR DEGREE IN REHABILITATION/ SPORT SCIENCE/ PHYSIOTHERAPY OR RELATED FIELDS OR MINIMUN 2 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE IN PHYSIOTHERAPY/ REHABILITATION/ HEALTHCARE/ SPORTS SECTORS
• REQUIRED INTEREST IN EXERCISE AND ACTIVE LIFESTYLE
• GREAT WORKING ATTITUDE, RESPONSIBLE, AND WILLING TO WORK THE NECESSARY HOURS SUITABLE FOR A BUSY PRIVATE CLINIC

Responsibilities:

· Developing treatment plans to address a patient's needs and help them meet specific goals in Inpatient setting.

· Assessing a patient's home and/or work environment and recommending adaptations to fit the patient's needs and improve independence.

· To provide activities of daily living (ADL) training for the inpatients

· Liaising with doctors, family members, carers and other professionals and keeping them updated

· To keep abreast with advances in the profession and to contribute to the development of the department
