Job responsibilities

- To over see the booking and estate management of the shared facilities - Including auditirium, Arts Center, Sports Hall, Swimming Pool, Futsal Court and Tennis Courts.

- To source for opporunities for external booking of shared facilities for external stakeholders.

- Provide logistics support to external and programmes.

-Supervise a team of clearners to maintain cleanieness of the campus - including trainig ad development

- Liase with contractor on estate management and improvement work

- Liase with external hirers on their bookings, usage and payment.

- Coordinate with both schools on the campus finance matters (annual budget and expenditure expenses, fixed assets of campus) and update School Leaders on the income and expenses pattern on a quarterly basis;

- In unforeseen health and safety events, the individual must be able to perform the duties of a Safe Management Officer and is able to plan, coordinate and implement the prescribed Safe Management Measures based on legal requirements.

- Min Diploma in any discipline ( or related work experience)

Brief on the Role

Ferco is looking to hire an ambitious and energetic Graduate Sales
Executive to work with the Repair and Maintenance division of Ferco
Singapore. The successful candidate will work directly under the Manager of the division and assist in generating profitable new business for the company, assist with proposals and tenders for incoming enquiries as well as aid the Manager in the day to day running of the operation. Duties
