Responsibilities include real-time trip monitoring, ensuring drivers are alerted for their first trips, and providing driver coverage, which necessitates valid BDVL and Class 3 licenses. Additionally, the position involves gathering driver feedback for HR, coordinating last-minute trip requests with the Sales team, and tracking outsourced services via Excel.
