Job Description
1. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, kitchen team and transporters to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
2. Plan and schedule deliveries, considering factors such as transportation modes, routes and cost effectiveness.
3. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement teams to maintain optimal stock level.
4.Perform regular quality checks on finished products (cakes) to ensure adherence to quality standards.
5. Assist in fulfilling orders by picking and packing accessories and gift cards accurately and efficiently.
Accountabilities
1. Ensure fast (1 hour) customer ticket turnaround time.
2. Keep complaints below 2%
3. Ensure all orders for our standard and designer bakes are loaded onto delivery vehicles timely.
4. Other administrative and adhoc duties.
