Graphics Designer and site Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or university graduate or above, major in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related subject., has theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building material, construction, interior design and decoration.
• Project management, lead all local and overseas projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and inspection of all projects. Submit a review analysis report to the board for each project after completion. Overseas experience is a must.

· Design detailed illustration of door and window two or four sides option and cutting list; Aluminum and glass partition cutting list, casement door and window accessories etc.

• Able to produce 2D plans layout, elevations and sections drawings in AutoCAD / Illustrator .

· Provide guidance to engineers in relation to construction works, ensure the schedule is on schedule, maintain quality standards, ensure proper site management, and urge to solve technical problems in a timely manner.

• To carry out design and drafting of M&E building services such as ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing and sanitary installation drawings in AutoCad
• To ensure that design meets clients’ specifications and complies with statutory requirements
• Able to perform basic calculations and sizing of M&E systems
• Diploma in Building / Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the building industry
• Proficient in Autocad skills and possess M&E design knowledge
