BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical or related field ● 7+ years of total experience preferably in consumer product management in complex organisations ● Strong communication skills - Can provide information to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike and guide them to confidently informed decisions ● Strong execution skills to create high standard product specifications, product success metrics and drive product delivery through multiple teams ● Experience in data driven hypothesis testing and experimentation ● Experience working with design teams to improve the user experience for customer facing products/features ● Strong team player and earns trust of engineers and designers as an authority on customer needs ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS ● Background in technical role is a plus

Job Description
