The Company

Our client (headquarted in Europe) is a global digital agency that support their MNC clients worldwide to grow their brands and expand their businesses through the adoption of newest technologies. The Role

This role reports to the Finance Team Lead in Singapore office. You shall be handling the day-to-day accounting transactions and month end close of the business which include mainly GL (audit schedules, expenses analysis and intercompany reconciliations) function. Overseeing the AR (invoices, aging report and receipts) and AP (commission payments, staff expenses and PO preparation) activities performed by India team.

You shall support the review of management reports performed by an outsourced Accountant for China entity and making sure the accounting transactions are aligned with the company's accounting policy.

In addition, you are to handle and support quarterly GST and tax computation at year end, liaising with auditors, corporate secretary, bankers and tax agents for statutory compliance matters. During the budget and forecast period, you shall support in the expenses analysis and revenue forecast based on project accounting.

Your Profile

This role suits someone who is experienced in working in a MNC set up with full sets of account exposure. Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience with prior audit background is advantageous. You shall be a degree holder in finance/accounting or business related discipline. Strong team player and confident in liaising with different stakeholders. Language proficiency such as English and Chinese are necessary as this role would need to liaise with Chinese counterparts on the finance matters. Purpose and Scope

Carry out inspections as per daily maintenance schedule; attend defects, breakdowns, including the repairing of Mechanical Equipment.

Working hours: Shift Work (9am – 6pm / 10am – 7pm / 11am – 8pm)

Job Purpose:

To ensure a safe and efficient receipt, storage, pick, pack and / or dispatch of goods to customer

Responsibilities:

• Receive goods and put away to storage locations
• Picking and packing customer orders for dispatch and / or shipping tasks
• Perform additional value-added services on customer ordered goods
• Requirements to follow the proper component handling procedures
• Move stocks around either by provided trolleys and / or hand-pallet jacks
• Carry out inventory cycle count as and when required to
• Ensure any manual lifting and manoeuvring of products is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
• Operate in a safe manner complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others
• Keep the Management informed of any discrepancy, abnormality, and potential safety hazard(s), whether it is work or non-work related
• Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency, where daily housekeeping is mandatory
• Make recommendations to aid efficiency and add value to the organization
• Any ad-hoc duties

Requirement:

• Minimum PC Skills are required
• Understanding of health and safety requirements
• Relevant experience

Job Description

Your Roles

· Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.

· Ensure proper accounting of all transactions and reconcile cash at end of shift.

· Greeting customers, providing friendly and efficient service.
Rotating shift: 10am – 7pm / 1pm – 10pm

Job scope:

• Provide local delivery
• Timely delivery of goods
• Ensure that goods are delivered in good condition without delay or damages
• To ensure accuracy of goods delivered to customers’ tally with Delivery Orders and Invoices issued.
• Assist in loading and unloading of goods. Ensure loading and unloading of containers run smoothly, completing on time.
• To record down the Year of Manufacture of goods received.
• To ensure safe and proper handling of goods, including proper storage and based on First In First Out principle.
• To perform random stock checks and year-end stock count.
• To assist and follow-up upon procedures as and when required by management.
• Maintain proper housekeeping of warehouse / vehicles at all times.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in warehousing
• Possess Class 3 or Class 4 driving license & Forklift license
• Basic Knowledge in Microsoft office
• Able to work overtime if required
