Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests through phone calls and emails.
• Engage in follow-up for potential business opportunities, solve problems, and address customer complaints.
• Manage paperwork, process sales quotations, purchase orders, contracts, delivery orders, and other necessary sales documents.
• Pack and unpack goods when they arrive and before delivery.
• Compile monthly sales reports, sales forecasts, and inventory records for analysis.
• Support and work with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer (Commercial Cleaning Equipment)
• Position Title: Assistant Service Engineer/ Service Engineer
