About Human Resource Department:

The HR Department plays a key role in supporting the organization and serves as a partner to various stakeholders who make a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly payroll administration
• Funding application, claims submission and administration
• Provide admin and coordination support to Division Head
• Proposal & report writing
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Maintain proper documentation of employee records
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder, preferably in Human Resource Management
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

• Detail-orientated, meticulous and conscientious
• Flexible and skilled in managing challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Tech Savvy and proficient in basic computer applications (Windows).

Job Description:

• Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company.
• Coordinate the review of quality procedures associated with continuous improvement initiatives in the plant.
• Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised, and modified to meet statutory requirements and the needs of external certification bodies.
• Organise and manage the internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system.
• Host external Quality System audits and manage the audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised by certification bodies during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified.
• Communicate with personnel at all levels, internally and externally, in relation to quality system matters.
• Oversee effective implementation of the Halal Quality Management System throughout the company and coordinate the Halal certification programme.
• Assume the role of a Qualified Person (QP) to oversee the export process, ensuring compliance of export consignments with importing countries’ requirements and submitting declarations to the Singapore Food Agency.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of working experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Halal food system, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, ISO 22000, and food safety regulations, including gap closure on audit findings.
