KEY TASKS

• Provide value-adding insight on the drivers of financial performance, movements in IFRS and SII results, experience emergence, and recommendations for management actions.
• Provide oversight of the production of L&H reserves for Group results (IFRS 17, SII) each quarter, participating in the landing process and ensuring the results are robust.

o Prepare the Credit Review reports to identify & analyze the project risks. Present these reports to Head Office

o Negotiate with sponsors, perform Due Diligence, address queries from Head Office

o Arrange a variety of funding sources including bank loans, equity or hybrid securities, etc.

Requirements

o Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accountancy, Economics, CFA or CPA qualifications will be a plus

o 8 years' experience in commercial banking industry including minimum 2 years' experience in Aviation &/or Shipping transactions

o Must have prior experience dealing with Aviation or Shipping as a financial arranger

o Able to originate, structure, execute Aviation or Shipping transactions based on extensive knowledge & skills

• Assist the Engineering Manager with all technical tasks to ensure smooth running of daily engineering operations.
