Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist in providing dental treatment to patients.
• Prepare and sterilise dental instruments and equipment.
• Maintain the overall sterility, cleanliness and neatness of the clinic at all time.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Perform front counter duties like patient relations, registrations, taking appointments, dispensing medicine and billing etc.

Job Requirements

• Entry level candidates - Diploma & "A" level holders from Polytechnic & Junior College. Candidates waiting for results are welcome.
• Candidates with NO EXPERIENCE are WELCOME. Training will be provided.
• Willing to learn and a pleasing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently.
• Placements for full-timer, part-timer, permanent and temporary (at least 6 months) positions.

· Conduct 1-to-1 online/offline (@Novena) lessons

· Conduct group online/offline (@Novena) classes

· Create an engaging learning experience for students

· Inspire and motivate students to excel in attaining their objectives for having tuition classes: be it exam preparation and academic improvement

· Monitor learning progress and periodical exams

· Prepare and deliver lessons that facilitate active learning experiences

Requirements:

· A good Diploma/Degree in Science (Chemistry/Biology)

· Familiar with IB programme

· Passionate in teaching and inspiring teenagers

· High level of professional integrity and good work ethic

· A team player and a self-starter, open to feedback and willing to take on new challenges.

· Flexible, able to manage change and ambiguity well and able to work under tight deadlines.

· Relevant teaching experience (preferred)

· Adept in learning new educational tools and software where necessary

· Able to work on evenings and weekends

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Medical Concierge Executive is to provide coordination and administrative support to the organisation’s medical concierge business.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To respond to request for services, appointments, information in a timely, responsible and professional manner.

SECONDARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handles enquiries from medical concierge companies for outpatient and inpatient appointments.
• Liaises with Bed Management, OT, PSC, OPD for availability and to inform the medical concierge companies / insurance agents accordingly on the availability.
• Advises on the appropriate doctor based on the needs and/or insurance panel (if any).
• Updates medical concierge and agents of any new services, change in service or price revisions.
• Responds to feedback or complaints from medical concierge companies or agents.
• Escalates any service delivery issues to Management as needed.
• Inputs necessary information into the Concierge tracking sheet and ensures accuracy in information.
• Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimal O levels.
• Experience in concierge services, customer relations, sales, admin, or in the medical industry (eg hospitals, private healthcare practices) is highly preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, scheduling, and logistics with precision.
