Outsourced contractors/service providers:

- Drive outsourced paymaster/accountant on staff salaries and preparation of monthly accounts, ensure salaries are paid on time and monthly are promptly completed.

- Drive Company Secretary on all secretarial matters e.g. updating of business profile with the authorities on various changes. Ensure filing meets deadlines.

- Liaise with insurance broker on all office and staff insurance renewals.

- Work with hotels on contracted hotel rates and travel agent on corporate rates with SQ, our preferred airline.

Executive Assistance:

- Support the RD and other RSD/RSM across all offices.

- Interface between UK and AsPac offices.

- Act as Local Communicator for AsPac.

Operations:

- Manage office relocation and renovation

- Organise yearly AsPac Sales Meeting and GBT meetings in AsPac

- Organize company’s adhoc events during the year.

Compliance:

- Ensure and work with all staff to ensure that the company’s T&E compliance policy is being executed; work with the administrators of the other 4 remote offices to ensure that compliance is in place

Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented and creative Interior Drafter to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for interior spaces and collaborating with architects, designers, and clients to bring innovative design concepts to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design principles, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections for residential and commercial interiors using CAD software.

· Collaborate with interior designers to understand design concepts and project requirements.

· Prepare and revise drawings based on feedback from team members and clients.

· Incorporate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures into design plans.

· Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess conditions, and document existing spaces.

· Assist in preparing presentation materials, including 3D renderings and mood boards.

· Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

· Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and drafting technologies.

· Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications

· Proven experience as an interior drafter or in a similar role.

· Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD & SketchUp) and other design-related software.

· Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

· Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· A portfolio showcasing relevant design and drafting work is required.

About the Role:
As a Growth Manager, you will take ownership of multi-channel performance marketing strategies with a strong focus on Meta and Google Ads. You’ll drive creative and performance strategies that enhance user engagement, increase traffic, and drive conversions. You will be responsible for managing funnels, executing content and ad strategies, and improving conversion rates through data-driven insights and CRO testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across Meta, Google, Youtube and other relevant platforms.
• Conceptualize and execute ad strategies that align with current trends, creating impactful visuals and landing pages that drive conversions.
• Manage and optimize ROAS across Meta, Google, and other platforms, leveraging A/B testing and data insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Setup, review and optimize ad performance daily and advise the content and creative teams to maximize content strategy. 
• Create and execute content strategies for creative content briefs and audience expansion
• Stay ahead of digital trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices to craft ad and landing page concepts that resonate with target audiences.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives for creative content, landing pages, and workflows, ensuring continual optimization for CRO.
• Analyze Google Analytics 4 data to improve growth strategies and funnel optimizations.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4 to analyze user behavior, track funnel performance, and make data-backed adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align ad strategies with funnel objectives and broader marketing goals.
• Innovate new ideas to improve processes and test strategies for scaling initiatives efficiently.
• Track weekly and monthly channel performance and prepare data reports. 
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and reports

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing with multi-channel expertise (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ad Manager and Google Analytics.
• Expertise in funnel management, A/B testing, CRO, and scaling performance marketing strategies.
• Strong expertise in creative strategy development, particularly in designing engaging ads and landing pages.
• Proven track record in executing successful campaigns focused on conversions, traffic growth, and audience engagement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize accordingly.
• Experience working in D2C or e-commerce environments is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

*This role may require candidate to relocated to Hong Kong or often travels to Hong Kong for business trips.

Job Description of Client Success Manager

What you will do:

• Build strong rapport with key client stakeholders and own the entire client lifecycle from successful onboarding, launch to ongoing relationship and/or engagement initiatives management, quarterly business reviews and driving business growth through renewals by increasing an account’s annual recurring revenue and in parallel, reduce risk of churn.  
• Enhance client satisfaction and trust by boosting adoption, retention, and engagement through proactive monitoring and analysis of client data, providing valuable recommendations, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.   
• Demonstrate expert understanding of ThoughtFull’s products, services, and engagement initiatives (including clear demonstration sessions).   
• Develop and deliver activation programs and/or engagement and communications plans at scale (including collaboration with internal teams) to drive education, increase engagement levels and create meaningful quantified impact based on client’s needs.  

• Minimum experience of 3 years in client success, account management, change management or strategic Human Resources in a medium to large organisation (matrix, Software as a Service (SaaS) or management consulting organisation is an added advantage) where you have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple projects/portfolios with either high recognised revenue or large/diverse set of stakeholders.  

• Displays a strong professional conduct, excellent stakeholder management (from rank-and-file to C-suite) and written and verbal communication skills tailored to fit audience.  

• Strong business acumen and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills, i.e., the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver several initiatives at any given time.  

• Ability to utilise quantitative and qualitative data analysis to derive insights and drive key success metrics such as client engagement and utilisation.  

• Proactive, a fast learner, resourceful with a high regard for discipline and commitment to your work.  

• Continuously thinks of ways to make processes and your (and the team’s) work more efficient and leaner while achieving impact with clients.   

• Comfortable working, navigating and taking ownership in an environment of rapid growth, change and states of flux, and ambiguity.  

• Experience or exposure working with HR professionals (e.g. Talent Management, Benefits & Compensation, Employee Engagement and Culture) is an added advantage.
