Job Summary

Responsible for handling all accounts payable and receivables transaction to ensure the proper and accurate entry and coding of accounting related transactions, invoices, expense reports, and the timely submission of customer invoices and payments

Job Holder’s Specifications

· Minimum of a ‘O’ Level or similar fields or Diploma in accounting of Finance

· Possess good organisational and attention to details

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Familiar & proficient in MS Office

· Must possess basic communication skills, interpersonal skills, lifelong learning attitude, problem solving and sense making.

· A team player with leadership ability and perform under challenging conditions

Job Descriptions:

• Handle customer's enquiries and booking of appointment.
• To uphold and maintain the highest customer service standards of the Spa.
• To be knowledgeable of the services provided, and to effectively respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations.
• Make recommendations on our products, treatments and packages to customer
• Responsible for preparing the necessary treatment products and stocks replenishment.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, changing treatment room sheets, and sterilizing all instruments and equipment before each use.

Benefits:

• Basic Salary up to $2,800 with yearly increment based on performance.
• 5 or 6 days alternating work week. (5/6/5/6) Eg: First week 5 working days, second week 6 working days.

Our client is a bakery store.involves greeting and engaging with customers to deliver exceptional service aligned with PV’s standards. Key responsibilities include preparing coffee, tea, and food items according to PV’s unique recipes, serving food and beverages, and recommending menu items based on customer needs. The position also involves handling cashiering duties, setting up workstations before shifts, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and ensuring sufficient stock for daily operations while minimising food waste. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of service experience is preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided to those without experience.
