We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead a comprehensive ERP system enhancement

project. This role is critical to ensuring the successful integration of upgrades across the

organisation’s supply chain, including procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong

background in change management, cross-functional collaboration, risk management,

compliance, and enterprise data governance. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a

strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical implementation Supply Chain Processes

a. Lead the technical implementation of enhanced supply chain processes

b. Work closely with IT teams and internal stakeholders to ensure technical

requirements are met and properly integrated into the supply chain system

c. Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of new system features and

functionalities

each division.

c. Serve as a liaison between different functional areas to streamline processes and

achieve project goals.

4. Risk Management & Compliance

a. Identify and mitigate risks associated with system downtime, data migration errors,

and potential disruptions to business operations.

b. Implement robust risk management processes during the transition phase.

c. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, safeguarding the

integrity and security of data and operations.

d. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues proactively.

5. Enterprise Data Governance

a. Act as the focal point for Supply Chain regarding changes to enterprise data.

b. Assess the governance and impact of data changes on the supply chain.

c. Ensure proper documentation and communication of data governance policies and

procedures.

Qualifications and Experience Levels:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Systems Engineering, or related field

2. Proven experience in system implementation and change management within a supply chain context

3. Proficiency and understanding of SAP applications such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Ariba

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

a) Dissemble various types of aircraft components

To perform machine code programming with 3D modelling/knowledge of Auto Cad, solid works, others.
To operate, set up parts and producing parts as per drawing specification..
Guiding and providing operator/machinist with basic instruction in operating the machines.
Design jigs & fixtures for machining, sheetmetal, Robot welding process and good knowledge in understand of manufacturing aspect include re-design.
To responsible of all production mechanical related product matter and troubleshoot on dimensions non-conformance, and provide corrective actions and remedy.
To participate in Mfg/Production Engineering activities to improve quality process, waste, efficiency and cost.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Hold an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License (AMEL) issued by the civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) or a foreign equivalent license recognized by CAAS or an FAA A&P certificate or professional licenses relating to aviation.

• Minimum five years working experience in aviation industry.

• Shall possess Diploma in engineering or equivalent.

• Conversant with Airworthiness requirements and / or Quality Management System (AS9110).

PLANNING EXECUTIVE (Line Maintenance)

The Planning Coordinators are responsible to the Head Fleet Planning:

a. In general, the Planning Coordinators are rotated to perform Day and Night

duties to support Line Maintenance activities.

Day Duty

• Prepare all work pack for the Line maintenance requirement
• Review the outstanding Hold items to be done during A check and request for the relevant workshop support
• To request customer for extension to TAT if required.
• Load the task cards into the overnight work package folders for each aircraft. Inform the Line Manager when the tasks are not completed on assigned dates.
• Pre-load and co-ordinate to ensure availability of all Technical documents, spares, tooling and equipment, services and others necessary for accomplishment of the tasks.
• Raise Purchase Requisition for items that are sent to Vendor for repair/servicing.
• For aircraft on “Transit” check, monitor the flight schedule for any flight changes. Update the flight schedule on the aircraft monitor board before end of the day.

Night Duty

• Monitor the work progress of the tasks assigned to each aircraft. Inform the Duty Engineer if the task is behind schedule.
• Obtain prior approval from Customer if any task is to be deferred.
• Receive the overnight work package folder from production, account for the task cards and work package, and vet for completeness. Inform the Duty Engineer immediately for corrective action if any task card has not been properly completed.
• Update the task cards in the overnight package folder.
• For aircraft on “Transit” check, monitor the flight schedule for any flight changes. Update the flight schedule on the aircraft monitor board before end of night duty.
• Daily handover of outstanding matters relating to production hold ups is to be carried out between the Day and Night duty personnel at each changeover.
• To co-ordinate with Base work shops for support as and when the need arises.
• Liaise and coordinate for GHA (Ground Handling Agent) and other support facilities for aircraft movements as necessary.
• Consolidate transaction details for billing purposes on services performed for each of the aircraft.
• For ‘A’ Check aircraft, send the completed work-package to Tech Records for their actions.
• For ‘Transit’ Check aircraft, scan a copy of the Tech Log coupon to Tech Record for archive.
• Any other duties assigned by Head Fleet Planning.

The successful incumbent will Assistant Director, Operations / Lead Reintegration Mentor in ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations at Selarang Halfway House (SHWH) or future new site at Cosford and is responsible for the safety and welfare of the residents and the overall security of the Halfway House premises. They will work closely with the SHWH Case Managers to aid residents with their reintegration back to society.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee security screening to ensure contrabands are not brought into the house.

2. Facilitate the daily operational routine of SHWH or future new site:

a) Ensure the day-to-day needs of the residents and operational requirements of the halfway house are being met.

b) Facilitate the process of residents checking in and out of the halfway house on a daily basis and provide daily updates on the headcount and other activities/incidents (if any) throughout the tour of duty. Any unusual movements should be highlighted and reported to the relevant parties.

c) To ensure that there is seamless transition during the handing and taking over of shift duties. The jobholder is also responsible in ensuring that all outstanding matters have been clearly communicated to the next duty personnel and are promptly followed up with.

d) Provide logistical support to residents during their stay in SHWH or future new site. To assist occasionally with carrying & moving of bulky/heavy items.

e) Conduct patrols and searches in the SHWH Living Units to ensure the safety of residents.

3. Work closely with Case Managers in the case management of residents, including monitoring and maintaining proper records on the progress, movement, and other relevant information pertaining to the residents.

4. Assist in handling any grievance procedure and carrying out preliminary investigation of incidents and/or disciplinary issues (when assigned).

5. Identify any defect(s) or work(s) to be carried out pertaining to the halfway house’s estate management issues during daily tour of duty and to feedback to Singapore Prison Service Corporate Services Team for follow up.
