Job Description

Digital Strategy and Transformation - We are looking for Business Advisors to engage SMEs. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference by assisting, transforming and upskilling SMEs. The role would also involve making digital recommendations to SMEs across industry solutions, cybersecurity, etc.

1. Offer first tier business advisory to SMEs on digital best practices, upskilling and other improvements

Technical Experience:

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant digital experience, preferably senior executive with business development experience or equivalent.

2. Candidate should have prior experience working with SMEs and will be expected to support in lead generation efforts for the programme through their existing SME networks.

3. Knowledge of government grants, initiatives, and support for SMEs will be required for the candidate.

4. Candidate shall be comfortable in handling different queries and managing conversations on different technology areas across various SME (ie. tools, cybersecurity, etc.)

5. Experience and knowledge of working in / with SMEs or related stakeholder is preferred

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Field Service Engineering. Prior experience in diagnostics/medical devices industry preferred but open to candidates from other relevant industries.
• Willing to be on standby after work hours/ work overtime to resolve service issues when arises
• Successful engagement with customers, specifically key stakeholders and lab staff
• Excellent product and industry knowledge, experience and process skills of the business functions service delivery
