The Senior Member Services Associate is the first point of contact for members and guests of the Club, both in-person and over the phone. This role requires a blend of friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency to ensure a positive and memorable first impression. The Associate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming members and guests, addressing their queries, providing information, and maintaining accurate records.

Thus, the primary role of a Member Services Associate is to present the organisation in the best possible manner.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

Greeting and Welcoming:

• Warmly greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival or during phone interactions.
• Provide a friendly and professional first impression of the Club.

Customer Service:

• Answer inquiries in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about Club facilities, services, and events.
• Assist with special requests and ensure customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain and update member records and ensure accuracy.
• Handle and process payments efficiently and accurately.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with members, guests, and other staff members.
• Ensure clear and concise information is relayed during interactions.

Problem Solving:

• Address and resolve member and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.

Administrative Duties:

• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and guest registration and etc.
• Assist with other duties as required to support the Member Services team.

Guest Room Reservations Management:

• Handle and process room reservations accurately and efficiently via phone, email, or in-person.
• Update reservation systems with booking details, changes, and cancellations.
• Confirm reservation details with guests and provide necessary information regarding check-in/check-out times and policies.

Arrival Coordination:

• Prepare for guest arrivals by ensuring that rooms are ready and meet quality standards.
• Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide key information about the room and facilities.
• Address any special requests or requirements before or upon arrival.

Departure Procedures:

• Facilitate smooth check-out processes, including handling payments and reviewing guest bills.
• Address any concerns or issues raised during departure and ensure that all charges are accurate.
• Conduct final room inspections to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next guest.

OVERVIEW:

The Operations Director is overall responsible for overseeing the successful running of the Domestic / Cross Border Transport Operations of the company, which includes Air and Ocean Freight operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

· Provide leadership & decision making to the operations departments

· Setting of goals & objectives for operations and product to achieve annual volume growth targets in conjunction with sales and participates in company marketing and sales efforts

· Manage the integration & implementation of new structures developed in operations

· Manage resources including tackling staff performance issues and identification of training needs, reviewing productivity and local recruitment

· Ensure all transports are carried out within predetermined cost and security standards and perform annual service and cost reviews to ensure we meet market requirements

· Ensure the operations departments adhere to all quality requirements e.g. operational compliance & certifications, ISO, Bizsafe Star, etc. and work with Finance to adhere to financial compliance requirements

· Prepare monthly reports relating to productivity, profitability, compliance etc.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· A Diploma / Advance Diploma / BSc. degree in business and supply chain preferred or their equivalent.

· 10+ years of air and ocean freight products

· Highly motivated leader who is assertive and adept at working in a competitive, challenging and fast-paced work environment

· Results oriented

· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

· English advanced proficiency (written and speaking)

· Cargowise system, Advance Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills

· Willing to travel occasionally

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct performance evaluation for direct reports

· Recommend hiring, firing and promotion

· Identify and resolve departmental personnel issues

· Ongoing coaching and mentoring of staff to develop skills to the highest level

ENVIRONMENT:

100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. Travel will be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.

Purpose of the job:

• The Director, Operations Asia Pacific establishes and drives the guest experience vision, mission, and corporate strategy across AD’s global network of airport experiences. Leading a team of partners, the position oversees AD’s ambition to expand within the region delivering the guest experience and operational efficiency needed to operate a successful lounges network.
• The Director, Operations Asia Pacific is responsible for senior level management of AD’s third-party providers ensuring we are optimizing operational capabilities, fiduciary requirements and delivering on required SLAs.
• This position is responsible for development and oversight of a regional operating budget in excess of $10m (£8M) per annum. The role will be responsible for establishing improvements in operational performance leading to appropriate customer satisfaction, in-lounge staff engagement and collaboration and improved EBITDA.
• Together with other senior internal and external management, the Director will focus on issues of major significance, setting company goals and developing business strategies, often requiring coordination and collaboration across business units.
• The Director, Operations Asia Pacific is a pivotal position that will facilitate the development of AD’s interests in the region, compliantly, profitably and sustainably setting new standards in a new markets which benefit both AD and shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overview the operations of partner entities establishing best practices commensurate with AD operating procedures developing consistency within a global portfolio of operating lounge businesses.
• Work with and influence partners to define guest experience and operations strategy, structure, and processes.
• Review how global systems, tools and other AD propriety material can be best utilised within the region building operational project plans to implement the same within partner organisations.
• Review, develop and implement appropriate training regimes that ensure there is business compliance in all areas that also looks to promote a positive guest and colleague experience within our operating entities.
