Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with global strategic Demand Side Platforms through organized joint business planning and execution. Oversee daily customer interactions, ensuring coordination across functions and within the team.
• Develop and grow mutually beneficial working relationships with key internal stakeholders. Understands markets and partner trends and develops connections with key market players to close and execute projects, as well as share business opportunities internally.
• Lead conversations with partner senior decision makers to develop education (e.g., accreditation programs), advocacy (e.g., joint innovation days with Microsoft, agency, client), and/or marketing strategies (e.g., promotions, incentives, loyalty programs) to attract customers, drive sales, and ensure progress against targets. Provides recommendations to help partners scale business capabilities to align with market opportunities.
• Leverage internal stakeholders and resources to develop go-to market and co-selling strategies that define activities and expectations to meet Microsoft and partner sales goals. Prioritizes and allocates resources across accounts for developing go-to-market strategies.
• Drive long-term partnership value by developing an understanding of client’s business, their challenges, operating environment, capabilities and goals as well as the advertising technology industry and competitive landscape. Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Microsoft Advertising and promote our products and services.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 4+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry
• 1+ year(s) experience with planning, budgeting, and other project management activities.

The Mid Market Sales Representative will be a relentless hunter prospecting in the accounts of their respective territory, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities to engage, manage and close new business. The Market Strategist role resides in the Gas and Power Strategist team (part of the larger analytic function). One of the core elements of this discipline is to identify changes in supply and demand fundamentals within different regions of the market and communicate the likely impact on price action to the trading and origination teams. This key role will work alongside the bench to provide such analysis in service of creating models, foundational views and trading strategies in line with changing market dynamics. Objective:

4. Service Level Expectations

· Respond to user requests promptly, aiming for first-time resolution where possible.

· Prioritize and escalate issues according to defined service levels and criticality of business impact.

· Ensure high availability and excellent customer service to all client’s employees, fostering a positive user experience.

5. Overtime, Public Holidays, and Weekends

· If required to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays, the engineer must seek prior approval from the User Experience Lead.
