The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Risk and Finance applications used by worldwide users covering Market Risk, Counterparty Risk, Finance domain. The applications are in-house developemnts with a mix of Mirosoft and open source technologies.

Main responsibilities

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot all plant equipment.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
• Participate in 5S and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams.
• Assist in developing new equipment or plant expansion projects.
• Ensure contractor safety and oversee specific inspections or maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Safely handle hazardous chemicals within the plant.
• Perform mechanical preventative and corrective maintenance on plant utilities, facilities, and manufacturing equipment.
• Operate and maintain systems such as steam boilers, water treatment, HVAC, air compressors, chemical and gas systems, and fire protection systems.
• Assist in spare part management.
• Maintain effective communication between shifts for smooth work transition.
• Process permits, conduct job safety analysis, and manage Lock-out, Tag-out (LOTO) procedures.
• Review and contribute to maintenance documentation such as Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Report work progress to supervisors daily or as needed.
• Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage work orders and checklists.
• Ensure contractors and third-party vendors execute maintenance tasks efficiently and adhere to safety regulations.
• Perform equipment or system testing, commissioning, and inspections to hand over to the operations team after maintenance or project completion.
• Participate in routine safety drills, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
• Serve as an on-call technician for emergency maintenance after working hours.
• Suggest and implement ideas for continuous improvement in maintenance procedures to optimize costs, processes, and safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory and ensure proper preservation in the store.

Pre-requisites requirement:

• Must have strong SAP CO working experience in a consulting environment
• Able to configure and integrate SAP CO with other modules (SAP MM and/or SD) preferred

Responsibilities:

• You will be part of a full project lifecycle experience including design, data, functional specs, configuration, testing and post-go-live support experience
• Assess and recommend solutions according to the scope and to resolve open design issues
• Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Configuration of SAP CO to support scope; document configuration rationale
• Develop Functional Specs for all relevant developments to support all SAP processes

• Involved in the full SDLC including data gathering and analysis on user requirement, project design, strong project implementation in good configuration knowledge of SAP CO structures
• You will also be involved in project implementation methodologies & ITIL processes.

Requirements:

• Must have more than 6 working years in an SAP environment; must have more than 3-4 years in the consulting industry environment.
• Involved in at least 2-3 end to end cycle of SAP CO implementation projects in consulting environment
• Confident in communicating and presenting at the business level to MNC clients.
• Have supporting testing and data migration experience, as well as drafting of functional specification for reports, interface, enhancement, forms
• Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules

You need:

• Ability to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity

You are able to:

• Demonstrable UI Design skills with a strong portfolio
• Build high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, Sketch & Invision across digital platforms (web/mobile/tablet)
• Lead projects from a UI perspective, defining functionality navigation, interaction and visual design
• Work in close collaboration with the Development team to ensure the projects are delivered on time
• Provide thought leadership on usability and user-centered design principles
• Define, develop and maintain consistent design systems, standards and patterns across the product

Preferred Skills:

• A portfolio that shows your ability to create pixel perfect mobile and web experience

• Solid experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
