The Sales Planner – Singapore & SEA supports the Singapore based sales team & SEA sales reps by managing responses to TV, digital and audio sales briefs from agencies & clients in Singapore & regionally. The Hydraulic Modeler for Water Distribution Networks is a key element in the Singapore team dedicated to advancing the state of the art of digital twin systems and delivering cutting edge digital transformation to Water Utilities in Asia. Reporting to the Project Manager for a drinking water network digital twin project in Singapore, the Hydraulic Modeler is in charge of the hydraulic models that will be used in real-time in the system. He/She will also be a main point of contact with the system users, supporting them and gathering requirements for improvements. The Hydraulic Modeler is autonomous but will be supported actively by senior modeling experts from Consulting, providing methodological guidance as well as helping in solving particular issues that may arise.

Responsibilities & Duties

• In coordination with the data scientist in the team, prepare and validate all data to be used for model building and calibration (asset information, sensor data…).
• Build and/or update hydraulic models to ensure a good fit with the structure of the network. Calibrate the model to a level meeting the demands of the client.
• Participate in the definition and validation with the client of the model calibration KPIs, and of the automated model health monitoring module part of the digital twin system.
• Write model building and calibration reports, including for periodic recalibration. Produce drawings as needed.
• Be the point of contact with the client on all topics related to the hydraulic model and its updates, establishing professional relationships and ensuring delivery of the results.
• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring progress, evaluation results and identification and resolution of constraints.
• Participate in the production of all deliverables (study intermediate and final reports, progress reports, ensure their submission in due time).
• Provide training sessions to users when necessary.
• Ensure high standards of HSE in the planning and execution of operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and solutioning of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementations in planning, forecasting, forecast adjustments and integrating generated forecasts with upstream processes, reports, and dashboards to support critical business KPIs
• Take charge of gathering, analysing, and modelling client data encompassing various areas such as customer data, financials, operational metrics, organizational structure, and access channels
• Utilize a diverse range of analytical tools and methodologies to derive both quantitative and qualitative business insights aimed at enhancing decision-making processes
• Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements
• Manage and lead the SAC projects to ensure timely delivery
• Build new management reports in SAP Analytics Cloud as required

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects
• Candidate should have a strong functional and technical experience in Embedded SAC/BPC
• More than 2 end-to-end SAP implementation experience specialising in SAC/BPC
• Hands-on experience in business process design, requirement gathering, facilitating workshops and technical configurations in Business Planning, Business Budgeting, Business Forecasting and Consolidation Reporting
• Experience in rollout and supporting global template solutions for large companies
• Experience in functional lead role will be an added advantage
• Track record in implementing innovative solution in previous clients/companies
• Solid critical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and technical capabilities
• Good organizational skills and logic-based thinking process required
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• An excellent verbal and written communication skill in the English language and able to relate technical issues to business audience
• Self-motivated and can deliver results and meet timelines with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
