• Attend to feedback & complaints.

Create drawings and models from written and verbal specifications obtained from Project Engineer.

Work with Engineers regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and design documentation.

Work closely with Designers, Drafters, and Engineers to ensure coordination design effort is maintained.

Complete project responsibilities within scope, budget and schedule.

Review drawings for completeness and accuracy.

Maintain all revisions of project drawings.

Update and maintain drafting log.

Develop 3D models by analyzing prototypes and 2D drawings.

Examine and check engineering drawings for compliance with cited specifications.

Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team.

Participate in project meetings and conference calls as required.

Prepare engineering documents for customer submittals

Responsibilities:

• Understand homeowner requirement and propose space planning with layout and material
• Draw in 2D AutoCAD & 3D Sketch Up
• Responsible to supervise work progress and meet the timeline
• Responsible to liaise with suppliers and subcontractors in order to have good quality works
• Work closely with in-house carpentry teams, sales marketing team, project manager and external designers.

Requirements:

• Diploma (Min), Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related qualification
• Min 1 year's experience in interior design or construction project managment or related experience
• Must fluent in Mandarin (in order to handle queries and concerns from Chinese speaking counterparts in regards with the interior design related matters.)
• Creative, independent, self-discipline, willing to learn and meticulous
• Good social skills, love to talk to customer, good customer relationship management

-Provide administrative support to the company, such as issuing invoices, sales orders, receipts, and data entry.

-Handles enquiries or appointments promptly through phone, email or message

-Arrange Schedule

-Liase with technicians of the repair quote

-At least 2 Years(s) of experience administrations

-Required language(s): English & Mandarin

-Good interpersonal and communication skill
