• Handle daily goods delivery and collection in a timely and accurate manner
• Loading and unloading of goods safely
• To operate lorry crane safely and be mindful of the height limits when driving on the road/carpark
• Basic upkeep and daily maintenance of vehicle
• Responsible for complying with the driver’s rules and regulations as stipulated on page 2-4, when driving the company’s heavy vehicle as authorized
• Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor

• Update internal databases with new hire information.
• Prepare HR documentation for employee files.
• Prepare HR metrics reports (hires by department).
• Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and legal requirements.
• Administer employee benefits (enrolments, changes, terminations).
• Coordinate employee events/training sessions/team building/recognition programs.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in HR or related field preferred
• 2 years of experience in HR and administrative support roles
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of HRIS and payroll software is preferred
