Job Overview:
BizChamp International College is seeking an experienced and passionate lecturer to teach the Diploma in Business Management program to Malaysian and Chinese students. The courses will be conducted in both Mandarin and English. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in business and the ability to engage and inspire a diverse group of students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lectures and tutorials for the Diploma in Business Management program in Mandarin and English.
• Teach core business subjects such as management, marketing, accounting, and business communication.
• Design, prepare, and update course materials to align with curriculum requirements.
• Assess and evaluate students’ performance through assignments, presentations, exams, and class participation.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students, ensuring their progress and understanding of the subjects.
• Maintain an inclusive and culturally sensitive classroom environment.
• Stay updated on developments in the business field to ensure the relevance of course content.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven teaching experience, preferably in a higher education setting.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the educational needs of Malaysian and Chinese students is a plus.
