RESPONSIBILITIES

General Operations

• Familiar with the objectives of Active Ageing Centre (AAC)
• Compliant to operation rules and guidelines for AAC, ensure safety of elderly and staff
• Promote racial/religious harmony among elderly members
• Assist in care of the elderly, observe and monitor their health and well-being
• Work closely with supervisor to:
• oversee compliance in operations, directives, KPI and all work processes within assigned centres/programmes/projects
• adhere and ensure compliance across the centres according to healthcare directives set by the Management & MOH
• manage crisis and reporting when necessary

Programme Planning and Management

• Support programmes such as intergenerational, outdoor sessions, interest-based activities and wellness engagement.

Befriending & Buddying (B&B) Programme

• Provide support to befriendees and befrienders as needed, including monitoring efforts and administration.

Volunteer Management & Community Partnership

Information & Referral

• Attend to walk-in, phone and text enquiries and correspondence
• Route/manage referrals. Record details for escalation and consult supervisor where needed

Data Management & Administrative Support

• Tracking of AAC KPIs such as administration of CST, programmes participation
• Ensure confidentiality of clients data and all required data duly recorded in the respective data management systems, and documents are filed and organized
• Provide administrative support such as put up claims on financial system in a timely manner. Track expenses and income of selected funded programmes

Centre Operations & Facilities Management

• Ensure smooth and optimal running of the centre. This involves maintenance of fixed assets and its listing. Upkeep of office and IT systems, devices and equipment. Oversee contractual arrangements such as air-con servicing, pest control. Purchase and replenishment of supplies
• Environmental Sanitation Regime work as a team to ensure compliance to cleaning requirements by NEA
• Alert Alarm System (AAS) Management (if applicable). Undertake checks, respond and report according to SOP and enlist support technician where necessary

Ad-hoc/Others

In this role, you will be working closely with the founding team on a new Pet-care/Pet-tech venture called Pawpaw360, with the goal of generating a relevant adjacent new business as part of Mandai X. In this role, you will be the focal point who strings all the pearls together, to ensure all cross-functional processes and data are well-managed. Main Responsibilites and Duties

5. Support the “Experience & Product Lead” to develop, define and communicate the product vision/strategy to stakeholders and development teams. Establish cadence and formalized pipelines of acquiring new product requirements from top-down business priorities, bottom-up customer insights/feedback, as well as improving the efficiency/efficacy of internal operations.

6. Define, create and document detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. Collaborate with Designers and Solution Architects, to ensure the proposed solution can adequately meet all intended requirements while delivering a world-class user experience.

7. Collaborate with the Engineering teams to deliver high quality products in the prioritized backlog. Assist the Engineering team to address any Business-related clarifications/blockers. Working Requirements
