• Work closely with the project team to resolve technical issues
• Good attitude and communication skills
• Need to be stationed at the site (Jurong East)
• Willing to work 6 days at the project site
• Experience in LTA projects is required
• Experience with high-rise buildings would be advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Equipped with leadership skills in which able to lead the engineers in completing the jobs

Roles & Responsibilities

* Prepare full sets of accounts, financial statements and assist in audits when necessary

* Liaising and attending to clients

* Prepare accounting schedules for audit and financial statements preparation

* Ensure accounting deadlines are met

* Handling courier, postage and banking duties

* Procurement of office supplies

* Digitization of documents and correspondences

* In charge of office maintenance

* Maintain and update client database
