An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Deloitte SG Regulatory and Financial Risk advisory team, as a quantitative senior consultant. As a contributing member of the RFR advisory team within the financial services industry assurance practice, you will be providing business advisory services to a portfolio of diversified financial service clients across a range of topics, including Climate Risk modelling, cross-asset Derivatives Valuation, Capital Methodology and AI Model Validation services.

Your scope of work will include assisting clients with the following:

(A) Job Summary:

The Project Director (PD) assumes a leadership role, directing project team members to achieve key targets related to safety, quality, profitability, and the timely completion of the project.

(B) Essential Job Functions:

The Project Director is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• Perform overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and updating to meet targets.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks throughout the project life cycle.
• Responsible for all construction site matters including safety and other compliance matters.

• Recognised bachelor’s degree and/or higher in Civil Engineering by Singapore PE Board.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience managing infrastructure projects, including at least 10 years overseeing mega infrastructure projects, with proven experience in a Project Director (PD) role.
• Resourceful experience in civil works design, technical expertise and construction work planning management.

Key responsibilities:

• Promote FIS as a company; providing market intelligence and analysis to clients
• Arrange trades via voice broking on and behalf of clients for execution at relevant exchange

• Reconcile and enter trades in Trade Manager and/or relevant exchange as necessary
• Maintain and enhance existing client relationships, making regular contact and tracking daily trading activities
