Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrative Support Specialist to join our USV team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative requirements, including generating quotations, managing ES accounts, raising purchase orders, performing goods acceptance, and generating ROP. Additionally, the role involves liaising with external contractors such as STEML, STELS, and other subcontractors as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate quotations for various projects and services.

· Manage and maintain ES accounts.

· Raise purchase orders and ensure timely processing.

· Perform goods acceptance and ensure compliance with quality standards.

· Generate ROP and other necessary documentation.

· Liaise with external contractors, including STEML, STELS, and other subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.

· Provide administrative support to the O&S teams as required.

Qualifications:

· A Diploma/Higher NITEC in engineering is required.

· Experience in engineering work, with an understanding of planned and corrective maintenance of systems.

· Must be a Singapore citizen..

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Additional Information:

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the ENT and Audiology team lead, work with adults and elderly who have hearing loss and other auditory related disorders.

Audiologist's job scope includes, but it is not limited to:

• Performing of Audiology diagnostic assessment
• Provision of rehabilitative therapy for hearing disorders
• Promoting education and preventive car
• Perform clinical duties related to Audiology service
• Prescribe and administer Audiological tests with coordination of test results with other medical, educational, social and behavioural data to differentiate hearing dysfunction form from other conditions with similar symptomatology
• Conducts rehabilitative programs with the hearing handicapped including counselling and guidance of the hearing impaired and their families, prescription, evaluation and fitting of hearing aids and auditory training
• Work within in a multidisciplinary team comprising Otologist, Audiologists, as well as other medical practitioners, allied health professionals and stakeholders to provide coordinated audiology services
• Provide preventive services and consultation in community clinic setting
