Job Scope:

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software (e.g., Revit)
• Create and maintain accurate project documentation and drawings
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure design specifications are met
• Assist in the coordination of design elements between different disciplines
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project changes
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Support project managers in preparing presentations and project reports
• Stay updated on the latest software and industry trends

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in HDB BTO projects within the construction industry
• Recognized Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical), Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, or Construction Management
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software (such as Revit), and Microsoft Projects
