Responsibilities;

1. To manage the daily operation of the number of vessels assigned to him in accordance with ASL’s HSSEQ System.

2. Plan, manage, monitor and execute vessels repairs, dry dockings and conversions within agreed budgets.

9. Review monthly cost control and approve monthly financial reports before sending to Technical Manager for review.

10. Actively participate in training and education of new crew and Office Staff joining ASL.

11. Assists SIRE inspection, TMSA audits

Job Requirements:

1. Must hold a Marine Engineer Class 1 (Chief Engineer Unlimited) Certificate.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tanker operations is mandatory.

3. At least 2 years of sea-going experience as a Chief Engineer on LPG or Oil tankers is required.

3. Previous experience working as a Technical Superintendent is preferred, particularly with tankers (LPG/Oil).

Responsibility

You will be part of a team in the Corporate Services Department responsible for the operation and maintenance of building facilities. (e.g. Building maintenance, audio visual (AV) and video conferencing (VC) systems, recording studio facilities, Mechanical & Electrical systems (M&E) etc). Your primary role is to carry out day-to-day operation and maintenance of AV, VC and recording studio facilities and working with various stakeholders for successful work delivery of meetings, events, webinars, recordings, video production etc.

You will also have the opportunity to assist in the planning and execution of various improvement and upgrading works on building facilities. Job Responsibilities

• Inbound call handling for Accounts servicing, campaigns, products enquiries and helpdesk enquiries;

• Fulfillment follow through on case handling and with customers;

• Ensure group compliance & control standards are observed and met in the execution of customers’ enquiries, transaction requests and maintaining confidentiality of Bank and customers’ information

Job Requirements

• Minimum of ITE, 'O' levels

• Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service (calls and correspondents) environment will be an advantage.

• Possess a positive mindset with a “CAN-DO” attitude a and passion to deliver quality customer service.

• Possess a pleasant voice, excellent comprehension, communication, interpersonal skills and work etiquette.

1. Assist in the AirHub project where you are involved in the following not limited to:
   -Preparation and issuance of transfer letters
   -Coordinate with different business units on the collection of documents to faciliate Work Pass Application, including medical checks for foreign workers
   -Follow up with medical provider on the medical reports for foreign workers
   -Airport pass application for all employees involved in the transfer
2. Data Entries Clean-up
   -Job Titles updates - prepare the mass upload templates
   -Assist with OCR - Education update and previous Employment History - train the system and test out the various cert.
   -Date to Grade with Job events report to tally staff movement
   -AO & Mgr CCL/ECL reports - ways to combine the report for Gov Claims
   -Cancellation Report - ways to get the verification with TAMS, Staff Departure
3. Recruiting & Onboarding
   -Assist in system User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new recruitment and onboarding system
   -Assist to capture meeting minutes/discussion pointers and email to meeting recipient(s) post meeting.
   -Assist the team with recruitment and onboarding task when required.
   -Support in Recruitment fairs on weekday/weekend.

• Troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, builder, etc) for the building and related facilities.
• Supervise sub-contractors who carry out approved repair works and scheduled maintenance in the building.
• Assist Facilities Executive & officer to execute preventive maintenance regime and/or ad-hoc upgrading project and monitor the work progress.
• Assist Facilities Executive & officer to attend to tenant’s feedback on the building and related facilities.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff when required.

Direct, monitor and supervise the day-to-day activities of all sections within the Front Office and other services rendered by other operational departments of the Hotel, and to ensure smooth operations and customer service satisfaction in line with the established standards and policies of the Hotel.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise sections in Front Office, such as reception, cashier, telephone, reservation and baggage services. Monitor the junior staff’s conduct and job performance and to ensure that all staff project a positive corporate image to guests.
• Ensure that guests are attended to with promptness, courtesy and efficiency and that guest complaints are handled with tact and diplomacy. Assist in checking in / out of guests.
• Assist to inspect rooms assigned to VIPs before their arrival. Meet and show VIPs to their rooms and ensure that the complimentary amenities are provided. Ensure that GM, Sales and other relevant Departments are informed of the VIPs.
• On commencement of shift to check on the handover log for messages and follow up actions. Ensure keys in custody are issued only to authorised personnel. Initiate correspondence regarding enquiries, reservations, and complaints. Check housekeeping discrepancy report; report any variance and take corrective actions.
• Perform duties pertaining to security such as directing guests reporting incidents, thefts, or any offences to the Security department for assistance and handle matters concerning guest’s undesirable conduct in rooms / public areas or undesirable persons loitering around in co-ordination with the security department.
• Maintain cash float amount in accordance with expected occupancy. Authorise rate and room changes, paid outs, cash advances, acceptance of cheques according to procedures and credit policies.
• Responsible for training of all reception staff including planning, organising and conducting OJT.
• Monitor room inventory closely to ensure maximum utilisation of rooms to generate higher revenue. Assist Sales to maximise revenue and occupancy from group allotments.
• Directly responsible for the evacuation of staff and guests during a fire in the absence of the Safety & Fire Manager.
• Conduct random checks on hotel driveway to ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Handle all tasks/duties as directed by the Management.
• To log in the DM log on any incidents or complaint from the guest.
• To ensure a smooth flow of check in and check out
• To create and assign room for last minute reservation outside Reservation hours.
• Night shift support required

Essential Functions

Senior/Staff Nurse, Endoscopy

You are responsible for providing specialised direct and indirect nursing care and patient education through management, coordination and evaluation of care activities for patients undergoing endoscopy procedures. To provide guidance and direction to staff nurses and below, in order to provide optimal care to meet desired patient outcomes and experiences

Job Description:

• Perform objective assessment, evaluation and documentation of patients’ condition
• Perform complex procedures, both non-invasive and invasive within the scope of duties
• Ensure the safe delivery of patient pre-operatively from reception / recovery to the procedures and vice versa
• Prepare patients for endoscopy procedures, setting IV cannula and preparing IV medication etc.
• Ensure and maintain principles of sterility and asepsis procedures and techniques when assisting procedures

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• Preferably 2 years of working experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Possesses good clinical skills and knowledge
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
