The Role

As part of our regional expansion, we are looking for a digital marketing intern to support Intellect in B2B and B2C Marketing. RESPONSIBILITIES

CONTENT MARKETING

The intern will be supporting the Company of Good Marketing team relating to content writing and design. These include:

• Supporting content creation for marketing such as Linkedin, EDM (electronic direct mailers), videos, and collaterals
• Supporting in the curation, planning and execution of the social media calendar
• Designing social media visuals, web banners, infographics and other digital artworks
• Assisting with the setup and optimisation of social media ads and EDMs
• Supporting the tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing performance

PROJECT AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

• Helping to liaise with internal (programme teams) and external stakeholders (e.g. agencies and media publications)
• Ensuring that project timelines are adhered to

• Motivation to learn we don't expect prior experience and zero mistakes; improvement is key!
• Proficiency in creative design
• Proficiency in content writing (in English)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Stakeholder Management

• Liaising and onboarding charities for Giving Season
• Assist in providing advisory services to NPOs regarding their campaign and content strategy with regards to the Giving Season

Fundraising Campaign Strategy (Giving Season)

• Assist in researching and analysing fundraising trends and best practices
• Help develop comprehensive fundraising strategies tailored to Giving Season
• Assist in designing and developing materials, including brochures and email campaigns to charities on fundraising best practices
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective campaign messaging
• Support in tracking and measure metrics related to campaign objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support the collection and analysis of campaign performance data
• Help prepare post-campaign reports
• Collaborate with other intern on creating a comprehensive outline on best practices for fundraising with learnings from the Digital Fundraising Series and the Giving Season
• Assist in administrative duties as required (e.g. note-taking, scheduling meetings)

• Currently enrolled or graduated from a diploma or degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for nonprofit work and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Relationship Manager(s) and Assistant Relationship Manager(s) within the organization.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations, financial reports, and investment proposals as relevant.
• Provide other administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and handling client inquiries as relevant.
• Assist in maintaining the organizing of client data and records for the organization.
• Interact with other team members and departments to provide excellent client service.
• Stay up to date with financial markets, industry trends, and economic developments by conducting research and monitoring news.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Minimally a bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, business, and/or related fields.
• Prior internship experience in banks or immigration companies is preferred.
• Strong written and conversational skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and investment principles.

Internship Duration

• Ability to commit to at least a 4-months internship. A 6-months internship is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis & Elicitation

• Responsible to identify and define detailed functional specifications based on the business requirements document

• Analyse and document the “to-be” business and operation processes based on the agreed requirements and / or function points, perform impact assessment and estimation

• Monitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements and scope-creep

• Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.

• Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios.

• Facilitate / provide “Train-the-Trainer” on application enhancements

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to application features and processes (subject matter expertise)

• Testing & Scope Management

• Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)

• Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request

• Good knowledge in financial services policies, procedures, products and industry practices.

• Strong negotiation skills

• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong working knowledge of relevant applications and development life cycles

Mandatories are:

• Experience in Business Analysis. 8-10 years

• Experience in Digital Channels and in transaction banking. 5 years+

• Understanding of Technology but no need to have coding experience

• Capturing, analyzing and eliciting business Requirements: Elaborating JIRA stories

• Agile product development experience

Nice to haves are:

• Detailed Knowledge in how Payments work in Singapore vs Malaysia vs Hong Kong (regulatory too)

• Knowledge of Technology trends eg. how does a digital bank approach digital channel?

• API /SWIFT experience

1. Conduct research and analysis on Giving.sg, charities and the sector to develop a consolidated resource of essential information about charities.

1. Assist in the clean up and build up of data in our customer relationshiop management system, Salesforce,
