We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will support our marketing efforts across our brands and contribute to the overall success of our marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include assisting in creating and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, conducting market research, and coordinating marketing activities. As a Marketing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of graphic design software is a plus
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

The position is full-time internship, Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm, with occasional evening and weekend availability required for events. Please note that we are unable to consider candidates from overseas or those requiring an Employment Pass for this role.

As an AI research engineer, the candidate will work on an automatic disassembly for EoL waste management. The candidate will assist in:

• Research and evaluate state-of-the-art open and closed-source LLM models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
• Process unstructured technical documents from automotive and EV products to extract relevant text and images using multi-modal LLM
• Assist in developing and refining LLM and RAG models to improve performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate AI models into broader systems or applications, considering scalability and deployment strategies.
• Document findings, methodologies, and outcomes, contributing to internal reports and potentially patent applications.
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions aimed at driving project success.
