We are looking for a GenAI Marketing Intern who can lead the planning and executeion of marketing, social media and community management tasks related to generative AI products.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a GenAI Marketing Intern, you will assist with the following duties:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target audience. Identify key social media platforms for the organization and create plans to optimize presence and engagement.

• Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (text, images, videos, etc.). Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop visually appealing and brand-aligned social media assets. Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely execution of campaigns.

• Social Media Campaigns: Brainstorm, implement, and monitor social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and conversions. Set campaign objectives, define target audiences, and determine appropriate metrics to measure success.

• Community Engagement: Foster a positive and interactive community by actively engaging with users, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. Monitor social media platforms for user-generated content, mentions, and feedback, and leverage them to enhance brand advocacy.

• Influencer and Partnership Collaboration: Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates to collaborate on social media campaigns and promotions. Monitor influencer campaign performance and measure the impact on brand awareness and audience engagement.

• Brand Monitoring and Reputation Management: Monitor online conversations and sentiment about the organization's brand, products, or services. Take proactive measures to manage and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and potential crises in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Passionate about social media and/or AI
• Some past internship experiences in tech startup environments, preferably in gaming, social media, marketing, advertising, branding, arts & design, product/user operations
• Penultimate year university student pursuing communication studies, marketing, advertising, or arts & design
• Display evidence of good English copywriting and/or creative design skills
• A good understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances in different countries
• Familiarity with and willingness to learn about the rapidly-changing AI technologies
• An excellent communicator who is able to create high quality documentation and lead knowledge-sharing
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and work effectively as part of a dynamic team

With that in mind, we are looking for a Design Intern to bring Trapeze and its concepts to life through crafting engaging brand, marketing, and social media content for a variety of media (including but not limited to: posters, social media, direct mail and website). As a creative brainchild, this candidate is required to be dynamic and look to what’s next in presenting visual stimulation to Trapeze's audience in various media channels. The Design Intern will report directly to the Creative & Digital Marketing Manager.

Job Scope

• Design and create visual assets for marketing and branding campaigns.
• Assist in developing scalable design solutions and templates while maintaining individual brand standards.
• Collaborate actively in the design process and contribute to the creative production of Trapeze group products, merchandise, and concepts in multiple creative sectors, including interior, web, and product design.
• Involvement in photography and videography of our concepts and events.
• Craft, plan, and assist with events for Trapeze concepts.
• Work with external parties (i.e. corporates, vendors, partners) and clients, as well as other creatives like developers, IDs, and videographers.
• Be the brand voice, managing asset libraries and ensuring collateral is up-to-date.
• Collaborate with various departments including but not limited to - Operations, F&B, Human Resources etc, and contribute to team efforts on any visual assets
• Managing asset library and making sure that collaterals are up to date across various platforms

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating print, digital design skills, & design for social media
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Photography and videography experience
• Curious about trends in design, health and wellness, F&B and lifestyle
• Able to get your hands dirty across different mediums and touch points.

• Proactive, open, and flexible mindset and ability to work in a dynamic startup environment

An exciting role has come up with a well-performing bank in Singapore for an Internal Audit AVP/VP.

As part of the regional audit team, you will work with the Head of Audit to plan, lead and execute audits in accordance with regulations and standards and devise effective testing, including the use of data analytics. You will prepare and disseminate regular communications with Senior Management/the business. This is a generic audit role and could cover audits across Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking and Financial Markets.

The ideal candidate possesses at least 5-10 years of relevant experience in audit within a bank or a Big 4 firm auditing banks.
