Job Responsibilities

The incumbent assists the Compliance & Risk Team in:

• Assist in Regulatory Compliance and AML/CFT implementation which includes strategies, systems and controls, to ensure Compliance to regulatory obligations.
• Assist in performing Compliance processes including performing AML/CFT checks and due-diligence on the prospects/clients. Also, perform client activity monitoring on an on-going basis.
• Build plans to for the Compliance and Risk teams ensure timely execution of regulatory commitments.
• Prepare and conduct presentations on various Risk and Compliance matters to the firm’s employees.

Overview

We are seeking a social media marketing intern to manage Vista Musical Instrument’s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Core responsibilities will include collaborating on social media calendar creation, scheduling daily social posts, and creating ad hoc content relevant to current marketing campaigns and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on social media marketing experience with a musical instruments retailer. On-boarding training and occasional work-from-home days will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating social media calendars and content strategies for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
• Assist producer with on-site video shoots
• Schedule and publish daily posts to keep audiences engaged
• Create ad hoc social content including images, videos and written posts supporting marketing campaigns
• Monitor social media channels daily and respond to audience comments/questions
• Research latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices
• Analyse platform analytics and compile reports summarizing performance

PO Processing & retailers’ support

• Process daily PO generated by retailers, issue invoices via SAP system and coordinate with sales team and supply chain for delivery
• Assist to manage retailers’ eStore on coordinating with retailers to ensure product images/description are aligned with brand guideline

VMD/ Merchandising anagement

• Visiting Supermarkets /Pharmacies outlets in an assigned area and enhance good customer relationship/ rapport to secure order for all products.
• To ensure all company's products, especially core SKUs are well merchandised with adequate level of stocks at shelves and warehouse.
• To liaise and co-ordinate with external and internal staff on ordering of product.
• To ensure prompt set up of promo display, update of all POS materials and pricing display at the right place and promo window.
• To implement FIFO to ensure product freshness and check on near expired stocks regularly to minimize trade returns.
• Check expired/expiring stock /product defects & product quality issue.
• To provide regular feedback on the sales performance of our product, store and display issues, and competitor’s activities to Sales Representative

Others

• Work with the brand team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for growth and engagement.
• Assist in the monthly reporting instore sales campaigns and brand update
• Any other ad-hoc duties/support required.
