Roles & Responsibilities
- Research weekly social media news and updates
- Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis
- Write content calendars and work on simple visual assets
- Support on monthly reports, analyzing performance and providing insights and recommendations
- Participate in brainstorms for creative ideas, campaigns, and competitions
- Conduct community management and schedule posts
- Participate in ad building and optimization sessions with the team
- Has an interest in event marketing, digital marketing, and design
- Demonstrates familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms
- Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the sales & marketing department
Requirements:
· Min. Nitec/ Diploma in marketing, business, communications or a related field
· Good written and verbal communication skill (English and Mandarin to communicate with mandarin speaking clients)
· Strong attention to details and meticulous
· Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
