JOB DESCRIPTION

· Gather and compile data from various sources, including databases, reports, and external sources

· Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

· Use statistical and analytical tools to perform data analysis

· Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on data analysis

· Create visualizations, charts, and graphs to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

· Ensure accuracy and clarity in all reports and presentations

· Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance

· Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape

· Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and methodologies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum Diploma and above

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and draw meaningful insights from data

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders

· Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting

Basic pay : $3K to $3.5K Incentives $400 to $800

Working Hours: 6 days week (Able to work on shift system – Late Shift / Day Shift )

Working hours: 12 hours (10am-10pm/11am-11pm) & 2 hours break in between

Responsibilities

• Preparation of restaurant for service
• Receiving guest and hosting guests, including taking food and drink orders using Ipad.
• Making sure that the guest are having a good time
• Recommending food and drink items to guests
• Cleaning up and preparing the tables for service turn
• Answering guest's queries and resolving issues
• Able to take instructions from Supervisors
• Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Related experience in the F&B industry.
• Love to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Benefits:

2) Commission - monthly when sales hit, now usually $400-800/mth/person
