We are seeking self-driven and result oriented individuals to join us as Management Trainee. During the job rotation period, the Management Trainee(s) will be placed in the various functional teams to undergo on-the-job training in all areas of the Company. The Management Trainee(s) will perform sales role upon successful completion of the job rotation.

Key roles and responsibilities

• Work closely with the management and the various internal teams.
• Gain knowledge of policies, operations and processes of the Company.
• Complete assigned tasks and assisting with day-to- day operations in various job rotations.
• Learn techniques to manage customers and achieve sales target.
• Manage work initiatives and projects.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Management to support the business.
