We are looking for a management trainee to help us develop and implement our growth strategies in Projects. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential.

During your traineeship, you’ll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and project processes. You’ll get to know the nuts and bolts of our company’s functions and operations and you’ll support our management team with daily tasks such as allocating budget and crafting performance reports. To succeed in this role, strong analytical skills and effective communication are important management trainee qualifications you should have.

Responsibilities:

• Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Sales, Operations and Finance
• Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business
• Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management
• Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers
• Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
• Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• PC literate, well-organized and self-motivated

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists Educators in planning and implementation of holistic activities for children’s development

• Provides care, guidance and create positive learning experiences to children

• Takes initiative to develop and maintain good relationship with parents

• Works closely with parents on children’s needs

Key Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level (minimum 5 credits and credit in English)

• Possess good verbal and written communication skills

Job Scope :

• Execute repair processes, including plasma spray, water jet, shot peening, heat treatment, cleaning, masking, blasting, and sheet metal work.
• Ensure adherence to repair production schedules and meet delivery requirements.
• Take part in cost control initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects/events.
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.

• Candidates with aviation/ aerospace industry will have added advantages but not compulsory
