Responsibilities

• Establishing a thoughtful customer experience by engaging conversations with customers, offering personalised shopping and styling advice to best suit their needs
• Conduct store opening and closing duties, as well as upkeep a clean shopping environment
• Maintain the store’s setup and visual merchandising standards.
• Handling customers queries and requests
• Using POS system to process payments
• Inspect returned items and process a store credit refund
• Manage stock supplies and inventories, as well as support stock take exercise
• Be involved in other ad-hoc duties and assignments

Requirements

• Above 18 years old
• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing role recommended but not required
• Dependable team player who can work independently and proactively
• Have a passion in customer service
• Approachable, possess a good communication skills and being able to communicate well with people of different ages
• Positive energy, approachable and willing to learn
• Ability to be adapt and multi-task

Compensation

Responsibilities:

· Assist the Accountant

· Ensure accurate and timely month end closing and reporting

· Prepare month end journals and audit schedules

Processing Payment run
1) Assists in daily batching of payments and executing of payment run including seeking approval and authorisation for payments.
2) To follow up with HQ Divisions on timely e-certification of E-invoices and all other payment-related processing issues such as incorrect good receipts amount, incorrect payment terms, insufficient budget, GL charging discrepancies etc.
3) To post journal entries, submission of documents to the bank, retrieval and filing of documents.
4) To assist in post payment checks.

1) At least a Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications
2) (e.g. CAT)
3) Minimum one year of relevant experience.
4) Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle and WORKDAY accounting system.
