RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare financial statements and management reports with analysis
• Work with BU on monthly rolling forecast and annual budget
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet schedules on monthly basis
• Business partnering
• Be involved in audit
• Be involved in the implementation of processes, procedures, and policies
• Ad hoc projects

• Strong in financial analysis
• Have experience in keeping full set of books
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in using SAP will have added advantage
• At least 3 years relevant working experience; and
• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent

Job Description

• Provide administrative support in medical/ clinic related matters
• Perform literature or market research on medical/ scientific related topics
• Schedule meetings, on-site, off-site or video conferences
• Ensure all documents are properly kept and labelled
• Other ad-hoc duties as required by the line manager, from time to time

Requirements

• Min. A-level or equivalent educational level.
• Adept in MS excel, power-point and word
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
• Aptitude for learning new software and systems

• Responsible for designing new products and processes
• Responsible in identifying areas for improvement, maintaining high levels of manufacturing and product quality
• Responsible for ensuring cost-efficiency and conformance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical/ Electromechanical/ Mechatronics/ Optics and Photonics Engineering or relevant
• Min 2 years of working experience in manufacturing/ production industry
• Experience in optics/ lasers/ optical microscopic imaging/ multi-channel fluorescence system used in analytical equipment is an added advantage.
• Experience in using multi-meter, function generator and oscilloscope.
