Here’s the real job scope:
• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
• Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.
• Prepare a variety of food ingredients
• Order and take delivery of supplies
• Assist with stocktaking
• Participate in Seasonal menu planning
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases
• Assist with all duties as assigned by Head Chef
