Role

• Answering of inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires
• To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced
• To make bookings and help with registrations of patients
• Assist with the issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics
• Filing and faxing to coordinate various activities within the departmen
• Assisting with other ad-hoc admin duties

Requirements

• Min N / O level / NITEC / Diploma in any courses
• Those without exp are welcome to apply
• Min 1 to 2years of PSA / clinic assistant experience is preferred
