Job Description
· Printing and photocopying of exam papers and important documents for mass distribution for staff, students and the Management
· Ensuring the printed documents are of good quality and kept confidential
· Ensure all printing requests are completed on time
· Planning for the procurement of printing papers and printing accessories
· Receiving and verification of deliveries of printing papers and accessories
· First-tier handling of machine malfunctioning
· Collation of all paper according to needs and requests by staff
· Handling of after-used carton boxes and old newspapers
· Maintaining inventory of ink cartridges of various printing machines, includes ordering when inventory level is low
· Able to assist in informing supplier(s) for maintenance/repair works when required
· General admin duties
· Any other duties as assigned by the reporting officer
Requirements
· Possess drive, enthusiasm and inclination in printing tasks.
· Be responsible and able to meet deadlines promptly.
· Have minimum secondary school education and be able to handle printing and photocopying machineries.
· Be able to read and communicate in English
· Be honest and have integrity so as to ensure confidentiality of documents printed.
Working hours
· Mondays to Fridays: 7.30am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

· Contract Period: From 4 June 2024 to 5 June 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
