Job Title: Admin and HR cum Account Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a Admin and HR cum Account Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. In addition, they will assist the Accounting Department in tasks such as bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies

• Assist the Accounting Department in bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions,bank reconciliation, updated cashbook, reconciling accounts, and creating invoices

• Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve billing issues

• Bank account opening liaise with banker

Qualifications: • diploma or equivalent

• 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (5 days Work)

• Create Basic Social Media Posts: Design and schedule engaging social media posts that align with Aison Pte Ltd’s brand image and objectives.
• Assist in Drafting Blog Content: Collaborate with the content team to draft and edit blog posts that inform and engage our audience on AI-related topics.
• Research AI-related Topics: Conduct thorough research on current trends and developments in AI to inspire and inform content creation efforts.
• Track Digital Content Performance Metrics: Monitor the performance of digital content across various platforms, assisting in the preparation of reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Engage with Online Communities: Actively participate in online discussions and communities to foster brand interaction and respond to audience inquiries.
• Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
