Experience: At least 3 years of experience working in a primary school environment as science lab assistant

Skills :

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Meticulous with good planning and organising abilities

• Knowledge in the preparation and setting up of apparatus and materials in both Life Science and Physical Science

• Interacts well with students

Summary:

Working Hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 7.15 a.m. to 4.15 p.m.

Fridays: 7.15 a.m. to 3.45 p.m.

Working hours inclusive of 30 min lunch break.

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.

Job Description

• Responsible for the warehouse to make sure the stocks are in order; accountable and stock amount is correct.
• Perform store activities that includes receiving, issuing, inventory counting, housekeeping, data entry and preparing reports
• Ensures that all stocks are stored properly, in accordance to Ministry of Manpower guidelines.
• Responsible for effective operation of all warehouse activities
• Handling of shipment documentation
• Ensures that the Store is neat and tidy at all times.
• Responsible for delivery of company goods to destinations according to schedule
• Assist in other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Min 1 year of working experience
• Team player able to work under pressure.
• Punctuality with good attendance
• Possess Class 3 license
