About the company/ role:
MNC in freight industry. Looking for candidate who can handle partial set accounts & admin adhoc duties.
Job Descriptions:
- Maintaining re-order level of office supplies, pantry, stationery, purchase of products and equipment, office maintenance etc.
- To provide administrative support to Management and ensure smooth operations of the Company.
- Knowledge of Partial Financial Accounting.
- Responsible for daily bookkeeping, data entry, Accounts Receivables / Payables functions, staff claims, Intercompany reconciliation and settlement, and other Accounting related duties assigned.
- Responsible for updating the cashflow and bank reconciliation statement.
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, filing paper works, and liaising with clients/suppliers for payment matters.
- Perform any other Accounting / Finance duties and responsibilities as and when necessary.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of related working experience in an International Accounting office.
- Familiarity in EXACT & CargoWise One, Microsoft Outlook, TEAMS, Excel or related ERP.
- Certificate or Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
